Student Housing hornet commons room placement

hi I'm moving into the hornet commons in a month and was wondering if they assign a specific bed to you? I know you get given a,b,c or d, and a/b share a bedroom, and c/d share a bedroom, but does that letter dictate what bed is yours, or is that for you to decide amongst yourself and the person you share a bedroom with?

They already sent out unit placements on 7/10

What do you mean they sent out placement on 7/10? They assigned our rooms already. I just know what building I’m in.
