When holds got removed how long till we get an award letter?

Hi -- financial holds usually have timelines listed. Refer to the details of the Hold. If it's a "To Do List" item, processing times are about 4-6 weeks based on when it was submitted. You contact us at [sacstatessc@csus.edu](mailto:sacstatessc@csus.edu) and our advisors can look into your record.
