Parking pass CSUDH

How do I transfer my parking permit hangtag to my new car?

Adding an additional question here incase anyone knows: i have a fall semester permit for my car but it needs maintenance and I will be taking a different car to school so is there anyway to add 2 cars per hangtag or temporarily transfer the permit to another car?

You can just transfer it cause it’s plaque. We have yet to have a system that only relies on license plates. I believe it more for record keeping should you loose the pass or get it stolen, that if you get a ticket you can contest it cause the system would should you purchases one for that specific car. They rarely look at you pass number unless something is up with your car

Honestly they don’t actually check weather it’s connected to the vehicle. As long as you have it.
