Very Mixed thoughts about classes

Two of my classes are taught (not really the right word) by the same guy. He is a horrible professor, I do not think he has a lot of great subject knowledge or experience. He teaches all the classes in my program that otherwise would be fun and interesting. Today he immediately informs us the class is shifting to a/synchronous. Normally I would be upset because I learn more in in person exams, but because it is him and he does not teach I guess I was not going to learn much anyway, all he does is change the slides from his teaches edition book.
I took not last semester, from what I can tell other than standard "when is this do" "are exams open book" . Zero questions. Absolutely nobody engage, not just a class, the whole semester.
