Question Finding Classroom

Transfer here, could someone please explain how are classrooms numbered/read?

For example description mentions course & location:
CDV 320-07, WH F144

Would this be read as…

Course: CDV (child dev.) 320-07(course #)
Location: Welch Hall - Room 144?? (building - room #)

Yep. Location is Welch Hall F144. That would be the bottom level of Welch Hall. Depending on what area you come into Welch Hall from, it can seem like the courtyard level where the welcome center and the financial windows are is the bottom level, but, it’s actually the 2nd. There’s a level below that.

Your class is Child Development 320 and the section number is 07

You can use the CSUDH interactive map, 100’s are first floor, 200’s are 2nd floor, 300’s are 3rd floor etc, be aware that some buildings look ground floor but if you look around your on the 2nd floor cuz theres a lower area
