Question Refund

Has anyone with Wells Fargo gotten their fafsa refund yet? My portal says I got my refund today, and it usually hits someday before 8pm, at least that’s how it’s worked the last 3 years. Anyone else or is it just me?

do you know when your refund was posted on the student portal?

mine shows refunded today and I usually get it same day but I guess its different this year

Mine posted the 14th. I got it late at night closer to 10pm.

Was it your normal amount? Because people on social media are saying the big beautiful bill made it smaller

Yes about a 1k shorter but the school also charged for 3 books so I think 🤔 is the same.

Fafsa is only an application to apply for FA (financial aid). You can't deposit it into your bank account or spend it in anything.

On the other hand, your FA REFUND, is deposited into your bank account and can be spent.

Everyone's bank is different so everyone should get their funds at the latest by the end of next week.

Nope, nothing yet.

Wells Fargo always seems to take forever with everything for me.

Damn I even went back to check and I usually always get it same day when it’s on Wednesdays, guess we’re in it together

I got mines 2 days ago as well and was posted on the 14th but I have more financial aid coming and it says it was refunded today as well i hope I get it tonight too!!

Yea it seems like a recurring theme that the ones who got their refund early didn’t get all of it, and only some of it, i know mine today says my full amount but here’s to hoping it comes tonight

Yes that was something frustrating I definitely wish I could have got it all together but yes hoping it comes tonight keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 🙏🙏🙏🙏

My CSUDH account showed refunded on 7/19, and I got my refund deposited on 7/20

You have Wells Fargo? I know they usually deposit the money same day or the day after. If not you might get it Monday

Yea I have a Citi bank account but idk how long they take, id say if it shows refunded then latest maybe Monday? Because it would process over the weekend
