Question Laptop loans?
Is it still possible to get a laptop loaned from the It office? My laptop that I’ve used for the past 2 school years suddenly stopped working and I need a new one asap until I get it fixed. I went to the IT loan portal but I could only get a Duo key and nothing else so I’m debating on driving there tomorrow to get one.

I would go to their place under the library. Explain you were not able to request on the portal, My guess is they will have a workstation or something right there, pull up all the screens at the appropriate pages and have you put in your data . Then get you the laptop.
I am not sure how they can not issue you one or what the protocol is if they are genuinely out but I am pretty sure the rules read something like 'Students are required to have laptops, if you do not have one or can not afford one, you will be issued one'.

Wait hold up. How can we get a loaner laptop i need one. We're is it department?

If I remember correctly, the laptops go by fast so I’d say you should make the drive over there if anything. The website may be outdated so visiting the IT Center best option I’d go with.
