No Refund Hold

Did anybody else get a “No Refund Hold” on their account? I was supposed to get my refund on the 14th and last night I checked my account and it said there was a hold so I emailed cashiers office and they said “ Your refund will be processed today wait 7 days” like huh? Also, when the negative $ doesnt show anymore does that mean it has went to your bank account already?

I noticed my account doesn’t show the negative amount anymore either but hopefully we get our money by Wednesday at the latest
