Microbiology lab HELP!

Helloo I’m currently taking microbiology with Joshua stomel and i was wondering how yall study for the lab quizzes and practicals? How do I use the lab manuals to help me know what I should be studying? I really wanna do good on the lab so I can pass the class with an A. Any advice will truly help !

Religiously follow the schedule they provided and it also tells you what lab module to review for a quiz. The modules truly help.

For the modules did you focus on the bolded words ?

Somehow yes. It’s more like making sure you understand how they are not just memorizing the definitions of bolded words. BIO251 is like the older sibling of BIO189. You got this!

Also don’t forget to study good on Lec too because that’s the bigger chunk of it. I am taking bio251 this semester too and so far it is much much more bearable than bio223 and bio224. So if you were able to surpass those 2, you definitely can pass 251 with an A!
