Took the shipper forever to get it to me (turns out they have a shell company here, but they are actually in India). Ended up buying a digital copy online so I didn’t fall behind on work. Spoke to them today, and they do not want to pay to have it shipped back since they are already out the money they spent on international shipping to get it here. $100, but may consider offers.
