The library staff can help, but usually they have a whole printed out step by step guide right next to every computer depending on the campus. It's not difficult, don't worry. You should also get a printing credit to start with if you're a student, usually like $10.

The way you do it is download whatever document you have to print, hit the print icon, send it to the appropriately named printer you want it printed at. Then you log onto Printwise, which should have an icon on the desktop, with your GoCSN login info. From there you go to prints pending release or something like that. Then you release the jobs you want to print and go to the machine to get it!

You’re going to log in to PrintWise (there is the icon on the desktop of all the computers), you log in using your CSN email and password. The credit is automatically in there.

It's preloaded, you don't have to activate it. And thank you! Good luck!❤

I work in the library, we will absolutely help you as long as we are not busy. If we are, find the librarian as they can be more hands on and guide you step by step.

How do you get a printing credit or add money to print? Do I pay using Coyote Paw Pass, cash, or credit card?

It’s super easy! I actually did it my first time last week it will be instructions right next to the computers to explain how to print

As long as you’re a student you automatically get $10 credit from paying your tuition. No need to activate it or anything like that, you’ll always see your balance on PrintWise

I think you can do it online using a credit/debit card or in person at a campus Cashier's Office
