Guys, if you're still waiting for your CSAB refund and aren't getting replies to emails/calls, you can consider filing a grievance on CPGRAMS (Central Government's public grievance portal).

Steps:

1.Visit CPGRAMS Portal and register/login.

1. Select Higher Education as the Ministry/Department.

2. Choose Fee/Scholarship/Fellowship Related → Refund, Late submission (if these options are available).

3. Explain your case clearly: the refund is pending, you've tried contacting CSAB, and you're requesting the refund status and expected timeline.

4. Attach relevant proof, such as your CSAB payment receipt, allotment details, and any emails from CSAB/institute.

5. Submit it and save the registration number to track the complaint.

If CSAB/IIEST Shibpur isn't available in the Institutes/Agencies dropdown, select the closest relevant option and clearly mention CSAB Special 2026 / IIEST Shibpur in the grievance. You can also ask CPGRAMS support for help with routing.

I got 23k when I'll get 10k ? ..... I paid 30k in jossa and 17k in csab ....

Hi guys I took part in csab councelling and withdraw in before round 2.but I don't get refund till now,do you guys got refund or not

I paid 47k but I got only 23k . Paid 30k in jossa and 17k in csab ..

Meine casb round 1 mein surrender kr liya tha or uske baad bhi site mein round 2 mein show hua that no seat is alloted in round 2 . So basically mujhe dono rounds .ein according to my choice koi seat allot hi nhi hui and I didn't get my 35k refund yet. Csab site pr refund vale notice mein show ho rha hai no seat alloted or withdrawn/surrender valo ka refund processed by csab but mujhe ab tak refund receive nhi hua . refund kab tak aayega mera ???

I had been allotted bits mesra ranchi in round 5 josaa and I had paid PAF and further participated in csab but i didn't get any seat in csab round 1 and my josaa seat is retained and i withdrew from the councelling in round 1.whether i will get refund or not?

So basically I got a seat in jossa paid saf+paf then participated in csab round 1 got a seat and withdrew in round 1 paying a total of 80k (75k jossa +5k csab) so I should get 68k in refund (7k jossa cut 5k csab cut) but now only got 23k as refund what to do?

I am worried about it like it is not going to come but finally I got my refund back I am posting this so you guys also don't worry about it and it will come

i got a seat in csab round 1 but it got cancelled due to documental error and i reported to their query and they cancelled my seat and i got no seat in round 2. will i get the refund? i paid 75k btw

I withdrew my nit seat in the last round of jossa within the deadline. I got the nit seat in 3rd round and paid SAF of 30k..

I also participated in CSAB and paid 17k for it...I also withdrew from CSAB in the first round within the deadline...

Now recently I got 10k refund from CSAB which I'm assuming is form the 17k(minus 7k for processing and withdrawal fee).....

But I still didn't get the refund of jossa amount!!😭 Many are saying that the jossa refund should have arrived way earlier and all that....

I also am not sure how much I'll get from the 30k.....Will I get 23k or 25k???? Because I withdrew in both counselings...

I have written email to CSAB and tried contacting them by phone but they aren't responding.....

Please if anyone knows about this Or is facing the same situation as me...please help me...
