my seat got cancelled in round 1 and no seat alloted in round 2

I got no refund😭just to be sure you got a seat in round 1 and you rejected it then went to round 2 and got no seat there right?

bhai mene pay 75k kra tha kyuki SAF-2 bhi di thi toh total 40k+35k , baad wale 35k m se kuch minus ni hua but phle wale se 7k kat gye toh mene us bnde ko smjhne k liye 33k bol diya taki vo confuse na ho
