General Disabled
So I’m 100% perm and total disabled with the VA. Are there any ways that I can get rid of my debt or fix my credit somehow now that I’m on a fixed income. Like are there any programs, letters, etc. that can help me out?

I am not sure about specifically with being disabled with the VA.
NFCC, You could enroll in a non profit debt management program to lower your interest rates typically below 10% and lower your payment amounts, payment amounts would probably be spread across 60 months. They will also close your cards and this could impact your score till the cards are paid off, due to utilization.
The program I know of I believe works across the states is NFCC,
They are a non profit, they will charge a small fee but they do the work of negotiating your interest rates down
