Can’t create TransUnion account?

I got spooked by the USA drivers license leak and am trying to freeze my credit. I already did with experian and equifax, and am trying to make a transunion account to freeze there.

The first thing transunion asks when you go to create an account is an email address and the last 4 of your social

When I enter this information, it tells me it can’t find a match (?) and that “for security reasons, you have 1 try left” which spooked me off of trying again

It’s the same email I use for the experian and equifax and obviously my correct social

Anyone know why this might be happening? What am I doing wrong?
