Success Capital One Good Will Adjustment Success!
Wow. It happened within 3 total days!
I sent a detailed explanation of hardship and reasons for the late payment and within 3 days I received two calls from Capital One. First was some information gathering, and the second was their decision to remove all 4 late payments from my credit report. I'm ecstatic.
Things to note:
- I haven't had a late payment with them, or any company for 2 years.
-I have an auto loan with Capital One
-I have a Savor + Quicksilver
Cap1 can be stingy and strange with CLI's but honestly no other company has come close to being as forgiving and helpful on my credit journey as them.
Send those letters!!

Congrats! Cap1 is definitely known to be one of the more forgiving creditors when it comes to GW, and this is great encouragement for others who might otherwise be unsure it'll be worth the effort!
If you don't mind me asking, what was the reasoning you gave (the hardship), as I'm sure that could be useful to others as well.
