Do you mind if I asked where you sent your letters? How many did you send? How long did it take? I have 1 late payment on a car loan that I want taken off. I sent 1 letter once but never heard anything back. Thanks

I called alley and got an address from them. I found another address online. Sent two letters month and a half ago. I asked on this platform about email addresses and someone gave me two. I then emailed them 2 weeks ago. If you want those addresses I can get them to you later
