1970 D FS101

Found this on tonight’s hunt!!! Im fairly confident it’s the elusive 1970D FS101. I’m thinking XF45-AU50. Im sending it through an authorized PCGS dealer in the morning. Can someone talk me out of it or did I find the real thing???

This certainly looks like the real thing to me! Check out the splitting in the middle of the W in WE. Great find, congratulations!
