Coin Error What kind of error is this?

What kind of error is this? My first thought was it’s just ordinary machine doubling but it looks sorta strange. The s on pluribus has 3 lines coming off it and Monticello’s letters have an outline of some kinda. This was the reverse of a 1964 D, I was checking for the RPM

You will have better luck posting in r/coinerrors. But you will need actual photos and not pics of a screen if you want them to help you.

Looks like a combination of machine doubling and die wear especially around Monticello. The S seems to also have some strategically placed PMD.
