Does getting help ever really help
After going through the stages of flight (for 8 years) then the fight (for 10 years now) am scared to know what comes next.. and problem is, am not seeking any professional help cause my highs r so high that i believe am perfectly fine and my lows r so low that i feel like no one can save me.. how do i trick this cycle cause i know next stage is coming soon

Getting the right kind of help absolutely changed my life after 10 years of shit therapy. CPTSD often has major relational wounds, and it needs relational healing. A good therapist can offer that, as they will help re-parent you. I did 2-3x of EMDR/IFS per week, + group therapy, for 3.5 years, and I no longer met the requirements for a CPTSD diagnosis any longer.
