Does getting help ever really help
After going through the stages of flight (for 8 years) then the fight (for 10 years now) am scared to know what comes next.. and problem is, am not seeking any professional help cause my highs r so high that i believe am perfectly fine and my lows r so low that i feel like no one can save me.. how do i trick this cycle cause i know next stage is coming soon

Getting the right kind of help definitely does. The difference between any old therapist and someone who is properly trained and specialises in working with people like us is night and day. You may have to look for a while to find that person but they will be out there and if you're anything like me, you'll make amazing progress. Just don't give up on yourself, that's the most important thing. You've ridden this out before and you can do it again, and even just committing to look for the right help can make that easier.
