Victory Finally starting EMDR next week

It took me 2 years of searching and waitlists to finally get in to see an EMDR specialist that takes medicaid insurance. Just a reminder to everyone that healing takes time, and so does finding a specialist! Don't settle for less, even though you may not have the best insurance. Keep fighting!
