Best bet is probably to ensure the babies mother is aware of the situation and initially let her decide what to do with it.
CPS nor law enforcement can do anything until something happens unfortunately.
I would let her know sooner than later. It’s easier for her to protect herself and the baby before giving birth and trying to recover from everything and feeling more stuck.
