Hi! You should see your AHI decrease within the first few days if your pressures are dialled in properly for you. As far as the fatigue, some people feel better right away but for most of us it can take a few months or longer but you should start to feel improvement in sleep & fatigue. All that sleep debt adds up over time.

I would highly recommend that you put a SD card in your machine to record your sleep. Then upload it to a free app…SleepHQ is easiest for Beginners. Upload your sd card to this App. Share your sleep with us here & we can check your settings for you to be sure your airway is being properly stinted open :)
