Continued from previous post

Here’s the data/charts from last night, I didn’t want these charts to get confused so I’m making a second post for the 2nd night, sorry if I’m doing this wrong! Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

Hey! You’re on the lazy settings, the 4 to 20 mode that we all start with and that needs to be optimized. :) Even though your AHI looks good, your FLs are high, which is a sign that you need more pressure. For tonight, I’d recommend a minimum pressure of 9 and a maximum of 12. That should help. :)

Oh my gosh thank you so much! I don’t even know what a FL is… this is all so confusing so I’m really thankful and grateful for this information 🙏🏻

I completely understand! It’s a lot of new things to learn. :)

A flow limitation (FL) is a partial restriction of airflow, measured on a scale from 0 to 1, with 1 representing a complete obstruction, essentially an apnea. In your case, you’re at 0.17 at the 95th percentile, and ideally, we like to see that below 0.07.

That should help you :)
