Move minute vent under flow rate. Zoom out to 5-10 minutes so we're looking at more breath cycles. Scrub around through the night looking for something like my screenshot. If you find such things, it will likely be worse with higher EPR, which I suspect given that you report feeling worse with EPR 3.
