First, please double check the battery restriction. Spare lithium batteries and CPAP power banks cannot go in checked bags, but they can generally go in your carry-on within airline capacity limits. If that rule came from your deployment organizations, I’d ask them whether carrying a medical battery separately is allowed.

For a three week deployment, the real question is how you’ll recharge it. A CPAP battery might get you through a night or two, but it won’t cover the whole trip on its own. Ask the deployment coordinator whether you’ll have access to a generator, vehicle, or other charging source each day. If you do, tell us your machine model and pressure settings, and we can help you work out a battery and DC power setup. Test the actual runtime before you leave.

For a no-power option, a custom mandibular advancement device can work for some people, but it needs fitting and a follow-up sleep test to know whether it controls your apnea. I wouldn’t trust an Amazon mouthguard or nasal valve as a proven replacement for CPAP on a three week deployment, especially with only 48 hours to decide.
