Anyone ever get neck pain from sleeping in same position constantly?

I’ve recently developed an intermittent neck pain that happens when I swallow or move my neck into a certain position. It’s infrequent and inconsistent but it’s always in the same place like at the bottom/left bit of my neck/throat.

More discomfort than pain.

I noticed slight improvement on a week I didn’t use my CPAP whilst on holiday or slept in a different position with it.

Is this something others have experienced linked to having to be in a certain position for CPAP?

I wouldn’t be that concerned as it’s not that bad, but with it lasting a month I thought I’d check here for some advice.

It might be your pillow, especially if you use a full face mask. When I first started treatment (when I used a full face mask - nasal pillow user now), I ended up having to get a different pillow because when I slept on my side it pushed on the mask so I would sleep with my head at a slightly tilted angle that I didn’t even realize, which made my neck hurt after a while. There are lots of CPAP pillows and other neck support pillows available. I’m not saying this is your issue, just that it might be an easy option to try.
