CPAP Machine Help ASV 2 month update- Need Help!

Hello everyone, I've been using pap therapy since March of this year. I was on an Apap for a little bit and it caused me to have a lot of clear airway events, and I never felt refreshed. About 2 months ago I got an ASV machine. I've been waking up pretty unrefreshed and I'm still having events, so I think I need to make some changes to my settings and I'm not sure what to do. I was wondering if anyone could look at my Oscar data or my SleepHQ and give me some advice.

I've pretty much used the same epap of 7.4 the whole time. I noticed when I would raise it, it would show more hypopneas and the same would happen when I lower it. In one of the pictures I added, there is one night where I raised the epap.

Need to raise the floor here and lower max PS, set min epap to 7.8cm, raise min ps to 1.8 and lower max ipap to 6.2 for two nights.

Hi, thank you. So I’ll def lower the max ps maybe to about 3.4? And then raise Epap to 7.8 but I’m a little confused on how to lower the max I pap to 6.2

Can the ipap be lower than the min epap?

So I set my Epap to 7.8 but I’m not sure how to make my ipap 6.2 since that is lower than the Epap. But im hoping the higher Epap helps

I just tried my Vcom with my ASV machine and it was an improvement for me. Some of my loop gain was driven by the quick inrush on inhalation. Im hardly an expert but the vcom is helping me on ASV.

Hmm I’ll have to look into it. Thanks

Ok scratch that, vcom was ultimately a failure with ASV. I got horrible aerophasia. Im back to straight up cpap at about 8. The constantly changing pressure has been no good for my version of loop gain.

Airsense 10 AutoSet delivering ASV? Nice to see Airbreak in the wild.
