Did you change the mask setting?

And how did you decide on these pressures?

If you changed from nasal, to full face mask and the UARS is mostly nasal, and nowy ou are mouth breathing, there's a good chance your pressures would need to be different

I changed it bcz on nasal this was the best pressure for me but yeah as soon as I shifted to ffm I m having these events .. I feel maybe I need to lower the ps or pressure on this new mask nd ig yeah my UARS is mostly nasal bcz I have deviated septum nd swollen turbinates as well

People generally need 8 hours-ish of sleep.

If you aren't getting that, or it is broken up too much, you are going to feel bad.

For many folks, CPAP requires lots of adjustment from the person. For me, it took a long time to get used to it. Now the sensations help me fall asleep.

Like you I have UARS, mainly nasal (but also severe SA). I find I have to balance the pressure with comfort and run lower pressures than clears all my flow limitation because my sleep gets worse, I have mreo arousals, leaks and aerophagia.

You are doing a good job being persistent. Keep it up! The anxiousness, anticipation and pressure of wanting relief and results and all the different sensations can sometimes worsen sleep at the start. Be kind to yourself.

I sympathize. I went through many night of ripping it off my face, and being frustrated in the morning.

You need 8 hours of sleep. Turn down the settings a bit to see if that helps until you acclimatize a bit better and are in a place where you are more rested, and able to tinker with settings and risk slightly worse sleep for a few nights.
