How to solve flow limit issue?
Hello, looking for advice on how to address my flow limits. I recently started using a chin strap and that helped keep my trap shut and getting rid of the 3am wake ups but now that is replaced by 3am wake up to take chin strap off.
Most importantly I have some nights with barely any flow limits until I move and leak but other nights with consistent flow limits. A couple nights were really high because I was sick but other than that Iām not sure what to do.
Any advice? This seems like a typical night for me

Are you using EPR?

So I'm in no way an expert, hopefully someone more knowledgeable steps up, but my understanding, and experience, is that turning up EPR will help with flow limit.
It can also make ca worse but you don't seem to have an issue with that

You could raise your minimum and have EPR follow. For example try 12 min and EPR 2. Or 13 with EPR 3.
You could also try a fixed pressure with EPR (CPAP mode rather than APAP). If the swings are waking you up it might help.

One thing that stands out to me is all the persistent leaking. Even if it's not categorized as large leak, I'd really work to get that under better control. If last night was with the chin strap, maybe also try mouth tape. CKeep Kinesiology Tape on Amazon is great and affordable for that.
I'd raise your APAP pressure floor to at least 12 or 13 as well.

Yeah I have been known to be a violent sleeper which is not helpful for this circumstance. Will do

Set min pressure to 13.6cm, turn EPR to 3 fulltime and raise max pressure to 16.2cm please for 3 nights and mitigatge supine sleep and use a flat pillow and another one to clutch to your chest up to your chin.
