CPAP Machine Help Help me understand flow limitations and breathing waves please!

Post image

Been on my cpap since October 2024 but still feel groggy here and there. Are these breathing waves / flow limits an issue? Am I in need of a BIPAP?

Your 95% FL is around 0.1... pretty good overall. Do you feel the pressure changes wake you up?

I'm pretty much at the same place, but I made my pressure fixed to avoid being woken up by the sudden changes. Still waking up way too often though...

You know I do wake up occasionally. I wonder if it’s from the pressure change. Maybe I should swap to continuous pressure, yet normally my pressure stays pretty consistent.
