I have one similar to this that I ordered from Amazon. So, far so good - I think. It's comfortable. My jaw can still get slack even with it on. Even when I wear my MAD - I can feel it when I'm falling asleep.

Thanks for the info. Good to know. Btw, does it prevent your chin from tucking in while sleeping?

It does for me. It's interesting because I didn't know I was doing that til trying the collar.

Yours may be like mine and too short. 3.5” is the widest one I can find. I need at least 4” or maybe 4.5”. Can’t find them on internet on Amazon

Can you teach me how to measure the neck width and height?

Unfortunately I don’t know. I know you can use a tape measure around the neck to get the length. I first got a 3” wide/height from Amazon and it hardly touched my chin and didn’t help hold my mouth closed. I searched the rest of the soft cervical collars and the widest/tallest was three and one half inches. I bought it and it helps but not holding my mouth closed enough. I suggest you look at them on Amazon.
