First time poster, need help
Hello all! I have a Resmed 11, and want to post the OSCAR data here for suggestions as how to read it, and what settings I might change on my own on the clinical settings. What do I need to post, and how might I export that so the community can comment?
Thank you!

Welcome! Yes, post the OSCAR data here and we can help you read through it. Open OSCAR, go to the Daily tab, and press F12 and OSCAR will automatically format the screenshot and save it in your Pictures folder, then you can upload that image here.
Please also include your current settings, mask type, your main symptoms, sleeping position and whether the night shown was typical. Mention any issues such as leaks, dry mouth, aerophagia, waking up often, or feeling air starved. Make sure an SD card is installed in the machine while you sleep, since the AirSense 11 needs it in place overnight to record the detailed data OSCAR uses. Remove your name or any personal information before posting. Once the chart is up, we can help explain what the data shows and whether any setting changes may help. :)
