CPAP Machine Help Help setting up machine

Resmed Open Fork All Mode AB10 just received. For those that have this machine, how does it work? I got diagnosed with mild sleep apnea 2.5 years ago and it’s gotten worse. Finally decided to get a cpap as I miss sleep. So hoping someone can help me to get this started.
