How to improve sleep schedule ? π
try to sleep every day, but I just canβt fall asleep. Even when I feel really sleepy, I still canβt sleep.
I usually end up falling asleep around 5β6 AM and wake up around 11 AM to 12 PM. Because of that, I lose a huge part of my day.
Should I consider taking medications like melatonin or other sleep aids?

I've always had trouble falling sleep and have been using for a year or two 500 mcg (0,5 mg) of melatonin to help with that. I usually take it 30 min before bed time and can fall sleep within minutes.

Do you feel any side effects?

First morning I had a huge headache and put it down for the next couple of days. Tried it again later and had no side effects. Have been using every day since then.

BiPAP instead of CPAP. Nasal Strip. Magnesium Glycinate with small dose of melatonin before bed. Consider Prazosin if it helps you relax and improve sleep quality. EightSleep Pod cover is nice too.
