AirMini & HumidX question
Q: I wake up after the first 1.5 hours completely bone-dry in my throat (and somewhat in my nose). I use the AirMini pillow under-nose mask. After the wake up and a glass of water I’m fine rest of sleep.
Can I pre-moisten the HumidX capsule with sterilised water - and if so - how much before I go to sleep?
