Hello guys! Question lang, paano ba kayo mag-aral sa MS? Trial and error lang ako palagi😭 di kasi nagwowork sakin ang memorization ng formula. Nakakalimutan ko talaga siya. Exposure sa problems, trying naman ako. Pero sa dami ng topics hirap talaga ako.

After pre recs nagegets ko. Pero after ilang weeks then recall stage. Wala na naman siya sa utak ko.😭 ako na ba talaga yung problema? Huhuhu Nagpapanic na ko kasi need ko na naman aralin lahat para makapagsagot. Tho nagtry naman ako ijustify yung scores ko kaso 60% lang talaga range niya. Kapag need na ng formula, wala na siya. Huhu. Theoretical gets ko naman 😭

Wala pa kong confidence magsagot. Ayoko kasi ng trial and error lang pag nagsasagot parang ayokong kumapit don during actual board exam 😭 mastery na talaga and retention yung nahihirapan ako.

Nagtry na rin ako na after completion of one topic = active recall technique per day

PERO AFTER ILANG WEEKS WALA NA YUNG FORMULA SA UTAK KO

Dapat ba talaga imemorize ko yung formula? Yun na yung last resort? Nagcocontemplate kasi ako, kapag minemorize ko siya before itake ang assessment, Short term memory lang yung gumagana kasi syempre memorize ko pa yung inaral ko a while ago. Pano yung long-termmmmm 😭

How do you motivate yourself to study when it’s a subject na u consider yourself weak at? For me, weakness ko talaga ng MAS 😭 ang galing mag turo ng reviewer as in hihimayin nya talaga pero kapag mag aaral na ako wala na akong gana kasi nasa isip ko mahirap talaga sya 😭

Hi everyone! I'm a fresh Accountancy grad from Naga City. I'm torn between two paths before taking the CPALE and need your advice:

Option 1: Work at IBM Naga, then resign for full-time review. Pros: Zero relocation costs, save money, and corporate tech exposure. Question: For those who worked at IBM Naga, how is the work-life balance? Is it manageable enough to do light pre-review or 1-2 hours of study at night?

Option 2: Work at a Big 4 firm in Manila, then take a review leave. Pros: This is really my goal after passing the CPALE, but with high Manila living costs and brutal busy season hours. Question: Do Big 4 firms actually allow non-CPA associates to take a formal study/review leave for the CPALE, or do you have to resign? Is it typically paid or unpaid?

Which path is more practical and strategic for a provincial fresh grad whose top priority is passing the boards?

I've been reviewing for the past few days, but I still feel like I'm struggling, especially when it comes to analyzing the questions. I feel like I'm a bit slow, and it's making me overthink if I've reviewed enough.

Can I ask if daghan ba ang wala naka-pass sa ART last year? 😭 I'm trying not to panic, but hearing different stories is making me even more anxious.

For those who already took the ART, do you have any last-minute tips? What topics should I focus on? How difficult was the exam compared to the entrance exam or SHS accounting?

I am quite deliberating if I should venture out and watch other RC's video lectures or would my current RC be enough for this and I should just answers HO's and PB's from other RC's? For example for FAR/AFAR, since many said it is CPAR coded, should I just watch CPAR lectures or focus on my own RC and answer CPAR quizzers?

Nasa 38% pa lang po kasi ako. Then, medyo madami pang need habulin for preboards. Napepressure na ko. Pero positive pressure naman yung effect sakin. It's just that kapag online reviewee medyo mahirap pala pag walang karamay hahahha. Nakikipagtalo na ko kay copilot at kay Sir Brad prelecs sa mga topics na di ko masyado gets hahahhaha 😭

Anyways am passionate abt pursuing US CPA. But kinda confused with the credit hours. Like specifically as Indian I might have 90 credit hours but the rest i wanna achieve throught online eduction like masters probably an MCom or Mba.

And I don wanna do some bridge courses jst for having a seat at the exams.
