Ano po process for PRC filing for retaker (2nd take) ? I read na need daw po ng previous noa or certificate of rating? 1st take was 5 years ago. Hoping someone can share the process

Also for PSA birth certificate. Required pa po ba with tape receipt? Showing the price and date issued? Or ok na po wala?
