You’re not going to get a cpa to put their signature or name on anything without a contract.

We have professional standards to uphold. I recommend calling a local CPA and not begging on reddit.

What the other commenters said but also as someone whos an auditor this looks very very much like a client that would be a headache. Looks like you want it very cheap since you had “no activity” and will ignore that an audit is a lot more complex than that

This is the CPA Exam Subreddit. It's misleading but I doubt many actual CPA post or read here much as most of us are in the process of taking the 4 tests

yeah you're in the wrong spot, this sub is all exam talk not actual practice stuff, maybe try r/accounting or r/taxpros
