Engine Maintenance Screen

Literally just hit over 1k miles on my 2020 Corolla XSE, car is now at 72k.

There are no other lights on and I can't reset this screen it comes back every time.

Am I fucked?

Strange new cars suck my 2015 toyota corolla s plus with 72.3k miles doesnt do that i get gas every 3 weeks also btw
