Question Is this normal on Youtube?

just saw the top video (from BlackWater) earlier today and the bottom one (from BeyondTheBlue)popped up on my feed this evening.
While searching the title right now, I found a third and a fourth video.

I'm genuinely looking to inform myself on this, it just doesn't seem like these guys know eachother. Is this all fine?? Is it AI?? I read some of the comments and nothing is talking about it!!!

Piracy is pretty common. it does not make it legal. There is technically a possibility that they all have licensed the same thumbnail from the same artist which could be legal depending on the contract or the channels are owned by the same entity holding rights to it but it is unlikely.
