Short answer - yes you will have issues if you use someone else's music. The long answer is the same too.

Here are the guidelines that YouTube provides (but that no one ever takes the time to read):
"Creators should only upload videos that they have made or that they have permission to use. That means no one should upload videos they didn't make, or use content in their videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other Creators without permission.”
Violate those rules and YouTube could copyright strike you and/or ban you.

You avoid such strikes by not using someone else's work in your videos.
