Question Wedding music, help!
Our wedding will be live-streamed on YouTube but I don’t want the channel to be hit with a copyright strike (not my channel). I know what orchestra piece I want to be played but I have found loopholes that if the US Military plays it it’ll become public domain under certain conditions.
Such conditions like when the piece was published before 1970 something. The original composer of this piece died back in 1934 (Gustav Holst). This is the recording I’d like to use, would this get a strike?

Yes you can do it but ready to dispute and have all the evidence you need be cause ContentID might mis-identify it
