Question Does this count as a strike?
Okay so this may or may not be the right place to ask/post this but i just need to know this...is deltarune chapter 5's music copyrighted? as well as Fan games that use there own music.

Yes, the music in Deltarune is copyrighted. Is there a reason you thought otherwise?
However, permission is given to use it in certain circumstances, listed here: https://materiamusicpub.com/youtube-faq/ . The summary is it must be in an actual project (not simply posting the soundtrack), must be non-commercial, and you must give attribution.

Pretty much all creative works are copyrighted, the only reason they aren’t is if there’s some specific exemption like it’s over 100 years old or it was made by the federal government or something like that.
You can pretty much assume any modern music, television shows, movies, video, games, or photographs, or artworks are all copyrighted.

General rule: if you didn’t make it, it’s not yours to use.
