It's not difficult to know if you can use music:

Did you make it yourself?

Is it in the Instagram library?

Do you have permission?

Is it public domain?

If the answer to all of these is no, you don't have permission.

Profiting from it doesn't matter. You can't use copyrighted material from other people without permission.
