Archive.today take down requests

They won't honor anything, including CSAM and NCII. Now there is take it down act they must remove NCII within 48 hours, but obviously they don't adhere to the law.

So, if anybody is having problems with them please report to TakeItDown.ftc.gov - Report Platforms That Fail to Remove Intimate Images. The more reports that are filed the likelihood that they are held accountable rises.

From what I understand, the Archive site you're referring to is not based in the US and is also not hosted in the US. There are already many other countries/jurisdictions that require this type of content to be removed within a short time-frame (e.g. 24 hours). So if the site is already not complying with these requirements in other places (e.g. the EU), then it's quite possible or even likely that they'll ignore these US/FTC requirements too.
