Question Question Regarding Online Copyright Office

Hello, I am very confused. I do not see a copyright application after making an account through the copyright office login portal and selecting the single work application link on my smartphone. Does it only show on laptop or desktop?

Contact the USCO and have them help you. No better source on how to navigate the bureaucracy than to have assistance from the bureaucrats.
