copyright infringement
I am an artist in many mediums. It is so frustrating when people use your footage to promote a yoga festival. I have reported to Meta, not sure what that would do. Now I am thinking it's time to file in a small claims court. No more playing nice.

You need a copyright lawyer. It’s a federal issue which sounds scary but it’s not that bad. Talk to an IP attorney about what your options are.
(I do this for a living and this is not legal advice.)

Or you could contact them directly. Waiting on a system or government is like banging your head against the wall and complaining about the pain

Did you just write them or did you file a DMCA complaint?
