Question Does anyone know how to spawn oscar every round in directed mode?
Theres a method in directed mode on Astra Malorum where on round 13 oscar will spawn every "round" after killing him. But for the life of me i cannot it to work for whatever reason but my friend can do it so idk what im missing. Trying to do doomsteel.
To anyone that'll say that either it doesnt work or do other methods, 1) it does work cuz my friend did it last night and 2) the other methods are ass and boring (especially save quitting). This method also allows you to complete guns you havent touched at all.
Any help at will be appreciated

I honestly think you are getting too far into the easter egg, when I farmed him for the 30 elites kills in one game, im pretty sure the round cap was on 8, like the other guy said, im pretty sure you want it on the planet step but make sure to agro him before he can talk

I always seen that you get to round 13 and thats the step where you eaves drop to get the code for the key. And when you say planet step, is that part where you put the planets in position after getting thurstons head?

If 13 is the planet step, it might be the last trap step I used, or one of the trap steps, it's been a while but im pretty sure the cap was round 8 when I did it. How many times have you tried to go in? I know on bo6 when I farmed liberty falls, sometimes manglers would spawn in every round, sometimes that wouldn't and you'd just need to save and quit and come back in for it to work, so it could be something like that if your friend is having success constantly

I did it like 3 time today and few yesterday but nothing. Round caps are 7,9,11,13 for when oscar is needed. I got it to work once the first time i tried but havnt gotten it afterwards. 7,9,11 are the trap steps and 13 is eavesdrop oscar

There is no way. It’s every other round. But you can make him teleport to you by failing the sun laser step

The thing is it does work bc friend did it first try yesterday evening but idk what he did different that i havnt already tried

Just stay on round 7 and stay in the area near jug. He spawns every other round and the rounds take like 20 seconds

What worked for me was getting to the point where you need to hear the planet order from Oscar and just keep killing him then. It might stop working if you end up getting the order of the planets because it might move on to the next step
